The User consents to the processing of their personal data by the Controller and its contractual personal data processors. The consent is granted to the extent, for the data and for the period set out below, starting on the day the last active service ordered from the Controller is terminated.
1.Scope of the processing of personal data
The User consents to the processing of the following personal data by the Provider and its other contractual processors for the purposes, to the extent and for the period set out below.
1.1 Records of the User's consumer activity – for a period of two years:
- Identification and address details of the user: first name, surname, contact address, telephone number, e-mail address.
- Payment details of the user: bank account, PayPal account, telephone number and any other information passed on to the Provider by payment gateways.
- Electronic identifiers: IP address, social network identifiers, cookies, electronic contact details, etc.
- Analysis of the customer's use of the Provider's services, carried out both automatically and by a person.
- Analysis and evaluation of the customer's payment history.
- History of the services used.
- History of contacts with customer support and the content of those messages.
- Data on the user's behavior within the Controller's system.
2.Withdrawal of consent
You give your express consent to the processing described above. The consent may be withdrawn at any time through the Provider's web administration in the user account settings.
3.Personal data processors
Personal data is processed by the Controller; however, it may also be processed on the Controller's behalf by the processors listed on the Controller's website.
4.Customer's rights
In connection with the processing of their personal data, the Customer has the right:
- The Customer has the right to request information about the categories of personal data processing, its purpose, nature and duration.
- The Customer has the right to request a copy of the personal data being processed.
- The Customer has the right to request that their data be corrected, completed or erased, or that its processing be restricted, subject to the conditions laid down by the relevant regulations.
- The Customer has the right to object to the processing of personal data and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities.
- The Customer has the right to be informed of any breach of the security of their personal data, where such a breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
5.Exercising your rights
The Customer may exercise all of these rights through the ticket system in the web administration.
6.Granting consent
By giving your consent to the processing of personal data you confirm that you have read the terms, understand them and agree with them without reservation.
7.Further information on processing
The User's personal data is processed both automatically (by machine) and by a person. Where necessary, the data may also be made available to the staff of the Controller and of the Processor.
The User declares that they have read the consent, understood it and agree with it. If the User is a minor, they also confirm by granting this consent that their legal representative was present and likewise grants their consent.
